全台反空汙大遊行昨天登場，近千名群眾在環保署前集結，前往凱道向政府發出「反空汙、抗暖化、要健康」五大訴求。三黨副總統候選人辯論會結束，也隨即趕到場表達重視，皆強調當選後，一定會對抗空汙暖化，為國人守護健康，不過，王如玄與陳建仁發言時都遭台下嗆聲。

徐欣瑩拉「空氣票」

對於環團提出五大訴求，三黨副總統候選人皆表示支持，親民黨副總統候選人徐欣瑩率先簽署連署書，但仍不忘向台下群眾拉票。不過，國民黨副總統候選人王如玄及民進黨副總統候選人陳建仁，在上台發言時都被台下民眾「嗆聲」，場面一度尷尬，連台上主持人也酸王如玄說，我也是勞工，「還我7日休假」，對待王陳態度明顯大不同。

「減碳除霾，保護小孩！」台灣健康空氣行動聯盟總召集人葉光芃表示，此次遊行是為下一代而走，許多中南部公民團體及北部反核團體都站出來，不少家長推著娃娃車走上街頭，台大公衛學院副院長詹長權、中研院前院長李遠哲也為空氣第一次走上街。主辦單位宣稱3000人到場，但實際觀察約近千人。

環保團體提出五大訴求，首先，空汙暖化為國安問題，總統應籌組空汙暖化防制行動小組。其次，追求非核無煤家園，逐年淘汰燃煤電廠。第三，空汙最嚴重的三級空品區，其固定汙染源排放總量4年內至少削減40％，且每一鄉鎮至少有一空品測站。

第四，針對固定汙染源開徵健康稅捐，制定有害空氣汙染物（HAPs）管制標準。第五，提升能源效率，落實低碳綠能，推動「電力需求零成長」的能源政策目標。

「今天的空氣非常糟糕，已經看不到101」、「聖誕老公公被霾卡住了吧！」來自台中家長柯秋霜帶2名兒子走上街頭。她說，住家鄰近火力發電廠，一年補助1000元，但這筆錢連看病都不夠，兒子也淪為氣喘兒，且孩子已經分不清什麼是藍天，兒子第一次看到歐洲的藍天，問她為什麼天空這麼藍，讓她感到無奈。

詹長權說，他以沉重的心情走上街頭，要求政府還給人民乾淨的空氣，因為過去超過100名學者、1000篇論文，都指出台灣的空氣不好，南部因石化工業汙染、北部因汽機車太多，這些有害空氣一分一秒都在散布在台灣上空、毒害人民，呼籲政府儘快把燃煤電廠關掉。

李遠哲第一次上街頭

李遠哲指出，聯合國巴黎氣候峰會達成地球溫度不能上升2度C的共識，並朝1.5度努力，台灣每人每年排放11公噸二氧化碳，比日本、歐洲還要多，台灣必須「急速減碳」，脫離化製燃料、回歸陽光、地熱發電，透過國際合作，預估未來5年，乾淨能源成本應比核電便宜，台灣必須走向「反空汙、抗暖化」的減碳之路。
